You can follow your order from dispatch until arrival on the website of the delivery service by indicating the tracking number.\u00a0In the event of unusual delay, a mail will be addressed to you.<\/p>\n<p>Customs and other fees incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.\u00a0\u00a0In the event of loss or of deterioration of the product during transport, the customer will have to inform the conveyor of it as fast as possible.<\/p>\n<p>If nobody is at the address when the carrier makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and the carrier leaves with the package. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us.
